Return Costs
For Defective or Incorrect Products
There is no cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during transit, or defective in any other way.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost. This applies when the wrong item was ordered, the item does not fit, or the customer no longer wants it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
